Evelyn is a Sterling Grey 2014 Ford Mustang GT – Base Model S197
- Second-owner purchased used in 2015 with 2600 miles.
- 4-year race history combined all with a man pedal!
- Powerplant is a sleeved, forged internal Gen 1 short block built by Gearheads that has factory Gen 2 heads and stock Gen 1 cams. Air is being forced through with a VMP Gen 3R TVS Supercharger and pump E-85 is delivered with a Fore Level 2 return style setup into FIC 1650 injectors.
- Still on factory ECU and tuned by VMP Performance. Last dyno yielded 923RWHP and 824T. Its well over a 1000 now with room to grow.
- Original stick car rocking a Lashbrook BUILT Drag Mod MT82 and a 3.31 rear gear.
- OEM style suspension is setup up with adjustable BMR suspension components and adjustable Viking struts/shocks to tame the violence of a stick shift car at the strip.
- Street legal car with current tags, valid insurance, cold AC, heat, radio, and a subwoofer. Gets 22 MPG on the highway, only get 4-6 MPG if I stay in it. Race weight with driver is 3760 lbs.
- Car has traveled as fast as 6.18 in the 1/8th.

This die hard driver put over 250 passes with 700+ ft/lbs on an upgraded MT before going with a drag modified unit. Mark’s goal is to break into the 5’s consistently in the 1/8 with a stick shift car and to keep the man pedal alive in the race community!
